Return/Exchange policy
- You may return/exchange an item if we receive it within 30
days of your invoice date. We will refund your purchase
price if it is returned in good condition, in original boxes
(whenever possible) & with all parts & accessories to ensure
full credit. We’re sorry, we cannot refund freight charges
and shipping will be charged for the new items sent for
exchanges. Food items and Lake Kabetogama personalized
items are not refundable. Refunds are issued once we
receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Return
shipments that do not meet the above criteria will be
refused & returned with no refund. If you paid by check or
money order, we’ll issue a refund check: if you used a
credit card, we’ll credit your account. Please mail the
